Be at least 21 years of age, or have a parent co-sign your foster application.
Have legal identification with your current address and reside within 45 minutes of South Salem, NY or be willing to transport to South Salem, NY for adoption.
Be able to verify that you are allowed to have a pet where you live.
Be able and willing to spend the time for transportation of your foster pet for their adoption and any necessary vetting at our facility in South Salem, NY.
Please remember to include your landlord contact info (if applicable) and numbers for your personal references. If we cannot contact them your application will not be approved. You CANNOT use FAMILY as references.
Understand that Rock N’ Rescue, Inc. reserves the right to deny the application for any reason.
